Vecsembükki - zsomboly roundtrip -200 m level (down through the old part - up through the new part)

Tour/trip/trip details: The second deepest cave in Hungary, with the largest entrance pit on the area of Alsó hegy. The trip ends at the place of the underground campsite of the 70s at the -200 m level (the last pit is not very impressive but very muddy) and on return to the surface we can climb up on the first half of the route in a parallel shaft.

Tour/trip grade: Easy trip for cavers with good knowledge of SRT. Some short narrow parts for heavy weighted cavers can be uncomfortable.

Clothing and/or equipment: overall, electric light source, helmet, gumboots, complete SRT equipment and competent.
