Transfer to Jósvafő
We provide transportation for our guests and back and forth between the conference and Budapest. The journey to Jósvafő, which is 230 km from the capital, takes three hours by bus. The transportation is included in the price of the participation fee.
Transfer buses for guests arriving in Budapest leave from the reception building in front of Szemlőhegy Cave at the following times:
14th May 2007. 20:00, 23:00
15th May 2007. 07:00
The address of the Szemlőhegy Cave is 35, Pusztaszeri Road in Budapest. (See the map of Budapest for more details.)
The cave can be reached by the following routes:
Eastern railway station (Keleti pu.)-underground (red line) to Batthyány square-bus No.86 to Kolosy square- bus No. 29 and then on to the cave.
Western railway station(Nyugati pu.)-bus No. 6 to Kolosy square- bus No. 29 and then on to the cave
From Budapest Ferihegy airport we provide transfer buses to Szemlőhegy Cave at the following times:

The transfer costs 5 Euro/person.
You can sign up for the buses at the Ferihegy airport terminals 1&2B. Look for our organizers holding placards with the name or insignia of the conference. Please send us an e-mail with your time of arrival and flight number. Then we can create a placard with your name to ensure our meeting at the airport.
Transfer back to Budapest
All the registered participants will be transferred back to Budapest by bus after the scheduled programs and tours. The buses will stop at Ferihegy airport terminals 2A&B and at the Eastern (Keleti pu.) and Western railway stations (Nyugati pu.) of Budapest if needed.
You can sign up for the transfer at the conference registration. This service is included in the price of the participation fee.
