| 1. Aggtelek, campsite - four-bedded cottages (25 houses) |

The nice campsite with timber houses in a pine-grove hillside is situated next to the Baradla Cave entrance in the outskirt of Aggtelek. Each cottage is very simple with two bedrooms, shared bathroom and shared kitchen facilities.
Prices:
4 people 5 500 HUF / night
1, 2, or 3 people 4 200 HUF / night
The Recreation fee (which is a local tax: 200 HUF/night/person, subject to change) is not included in the price.

The bigger cottages with own bathroom and kitchen facilities are available on the border of the campsite (and also on the border of Hungary).
Prices:
5 or 6 people 15 000 HUF / night
1, 2, 3 or 4 people 13 000 HUF / night
The Recreation fee (which is a local tax: 200 HUF/night/person, subject to change) is excluded.

The Baradla Hostel is situated in a picturesque environment beside the Aggtelek entrance of the Baradla Cave. The hostel has 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple room, 6 four-bedded rooms (extra beds are available) with shared bathroom facilities. Other services: restaurant, parking and TV.
Prices:
1 900 HUF/ person / night
The Recreation fee (which is a local tax: 200 HUF/night/person, subject to change) is not included in the price.

| 4. Aggtelek, Kövirózsa Guest House (22 beds) |

The recently renovated building stands on the "upper" end of the Aggtelek village, next to the Aggtelek lake and a nice hillside with limestone outcrop called "Ördögszántás" (plowing of the Devil).There are three or four bedded rooms on the ground floor (with three extra beds if needed) and four or six bedded ones on the upper floor(with two extra beds if needed). Both floors have shared bathrooms facilities and a well-equipped kitchen is available.

| 5. Aggtelek, Cseppkő (Dripstone) Hotel (150 beds) |

The old established hotel is in the neighbourhood of the Aggtelek campsite. The hotel provides the usual facilities including sauna and swimming pool. It has an own restaurant which serves most of the Hungarian and local specialities. A special deal (lunch and/or dinner) is offered only for the conference participants, it can be booked at the registration.

Double room 11 000 HUF / room / night
Triple room 15 000 HUF / room / night
The breakfast and recreation fee are included.

| 6. Jósvafő, Tengerszem (Mountain Lake)-Hotel (43 beds) |

The hotel is situated at the Jósvafő exit of Baradla Cave, close to the Aggtelek National Park headquarter. The beautiful Mountain Lake - kept alive from the Baradla Cave's water- and the surrounding, peaceful forest guarantee a memorable stay.
